3. How to administer the drug Anbol CARDIO
4. Possible side effects

1. What is the drug Anbol CARDIO and what is it for?
The drug Anbol CARDIO prevents the clogging and accumulation of blood platelets (thrombocytes) and in this way
prevents the formation of blood clots (thrombus) - inhibition of platelet aggregation.
The drug Anbol CARDIO is used:
• In preventing or preventing the formation of a blood clot after a heart attack or stroke
a repeat heart attack or stroke in patients who have already had these conditions
• This medicine may be prescribed to you if you have recently undergone bypass surgery (bypass surgery).
blood vessels of the heart so that the heart has enough blood flow)
2. What you need to know before taking Anbol CARDIO
You must not take Anbol CARDIO:
 if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to acetylsalicylic acid, salicylates or any of the excipients
substances of this medicine (listed in section 6),
 if you have previously used painkillers, increased body temperature or inflammation
(salicylates or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) had an asthma attack or other reactions
hypersensitivity (allergic reactions),
 if you have a stomach or duodenal ulcer,
 if you have a pathological increased tendency to bleed (hemorrhagic diathesis),
 if you have severe kidney weakness (insufficiency),
 if you have severe liver failure,
 if you have severe heart failure,
 if you are simultaneously taking methotrexate (a medicine used to treat malignant or rheumatic diseases
conditions) in doses of 15 mg per week or higher,
 in the last trimester of pregnancy,
 in children and adolescents under 16 years of age, with the exception of prevention of thrombus formation (thrombosis)
during heart surgery.
Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking the medicine:
 if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to other painkillers (analgesics), anti-inflammatory drugs
(anti-inflammatory drugs) or drugs for the treatment of rheumatic conditions (antirheumatic drugs) or you have another
type of hypersensitivity,
 if you have previously had stomach or intestinal ulcers, including chronic or recurrent ulcers,
 if you have previously had bleeding in the stomach or intestines (bleeding in the digestive organs)
 if you are using other medicines against blood clotting (anticoagulants) (see the section "Other
drugs and the drug Anbol CARDIO "),
 if you have impaired kidney function or impaired cardiovascular function (e.g. renal
vascular diseases, congestive heart failure, volume depletion, major operations,
sepsis, or major hemorrhagic events), as acetylsalicylic acid may further increase the risk of
impairment of kidney function and acute renal weakness,
 caution is required if you have red blood cell disease (glucose-6-phosphate enzyme deficiency
dehydrogenase), because acetylsalicylic acid can cause destruction of red blood cells with
release of hemoglobin (hemolysis or hemolytic anemia). Factors that can increase the risk of
hemolysis are e.g. large dose, elevated body temperature or acute infection.
 if you have impaired liver function,
 if you use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen and naproxen (drugs
against pain, increased body temperature and inflammation) (see the section "Other drugs and the drug Anbol
CARDIO "),

 if you have bronchial asthma, pollen allergy, swelling of the nasal mucosa (nasal polyps) or chronic
a disease of the respiratory organs or you show signs of a hypersensitivity reaction to other substances.
If you are planning surgery (including minor procedures, such as tooth extraction), tell your doctor or
to the dentist if you have taken the drug Anbol CARDIO, because there may be an increased tendency to bleeding.
If you cut or injure yourself, the bleeding may take longer than usual. It has to do with action
drug Anbol CARDIO. Minor cuts or injuries (eg while shaving) are usually insignificant. If
notice unusual bleeding (in an unusual place or if the bleeding lasts an unusually long time), seek
doctor's help.
In small doses, acetylsalicylic acid reduces the excretion of uric acid. This can cause
gout attacks in patients who have a predisposition to it.
Children and adolescents
The drug Anbol CARDIO must not be used in children and adolescents under the age of 16 in the case of viral infections
infection (e.g. flu) with or without elevated body temperature, unless you first seek medical advice.
With certain viral diseases, especially influenza A, influenza B and chicken pox, there is a risk of Ray's
syndrome (a very rare disease that can be life-threatening and requires immediate medical intervention).
The risk may be higher if acetylsalicylic acid is given as a concomitant therapy; however, it has not been proven
cause and effect relationship. If persistent vomiting occurs in such diseases, it may be a sign of Ray's disease
syndrome.
Other drugs and the drug Anbol CARDIO
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any
other medicines, including those that can be obtained without a doctor's prescription.
The drug Anbol CARDIO, administered in high doses and at the same time as the drugs listed below, can have an effect
to the manifestation of side effects of those drugs.
The drug Anbol CARDIO can increase the effect and increase the risk of side effects of the following drugs:
 Methotrexate (a medicine used to treat carcinoma (cancer) and certain rheumatic diseases) -
increased toxicity of methotrexate on the liver.
 NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; drugs against pain, elevated body temperature or
inflammation) and other antirheumatic drugs (medicines against rheumatism) in general: increased risk of ulcers and
gastrointestinal bleeding.
 Anticoagulants (medicines against blood clotting), thrombolytics (medicines for breaking down blood
clot) or other drugs that prevent the accumulation of blood platelets: increased risk
from bleeding; if you are taking these medicines, pay attention to the appearance of signs of external or
internal bleeding (eg bruises).
 Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (medicines to treat depression): increased risk
from bleeding in the digestive organs.
 Digoxin (medicine to strengthen the heart): increased concentration of digoxin in the blood.
 Antidiabetic drugs (eg insulin, sulfonylurea): reduction of blood glucose levels.
 Systemic glucocorticoids (cortisone/corticosteroids/steroids taken orally or via
injections) except for hydrocortisone used as replacement therapy in Addison's disease: increased
the risk of overdose with acetylsalicylic acid after treatment with these drugs has ended.
 Valproic acid (a drug used to treat epilepsy): increased valproic toxicity
acid.
 Alcohol: increased bleeding in the digestive organs and prolonged bleeding time.
If you take the following medicines, Anbol CARDIO can reduce their effect:
 Some NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), such as ibuprofen and naproxen: reduce
the effect of the drug Anbol CARDIO, which leads to reduced clotting of blood platelets (platelets) and
preventing the formation of a blood clot (thrombus): in this way, the effect of the drug Anbol can be limited
CARDIO to prevent heart attack or stroke.
 Diuretics (drugs that increase urine output): reduced filtering of blood in the kidneys.
4 out of 7
 Systemic glucocorticoids (cortisone/corticosteroids/steroids taken orally or via
injections), except for hydrocortisone, which is used as replacement therapy in Addison's disease:
decreased value of acetylsalicylic acid in the blood.
 ACE (angiotensin converting enzyme) inhibitors - a group of drugs for lowering blood pressure:
reduced blood filtration in the kidneys and reduced blood pressure lowering effect.
 Uricosurics (medicines used in the treatment of gout and which accelerate the excretion of uric acid,
for example. benzbromarone, probenecid): reduced excretion of uric acid, which can lead to
gout attacks.
You should not take the drug Anbol CARDIO if you are simultaneously taking any of the above-mentioned drugs,
