Iron is found in the form of an organic iron complex, ferro pidolate, of natural origin, which is characterized by high bioavailability and increased resorption/utilization - more than 90%.
Vitamin C (from acerola fruit) increases iron resorption and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
