Therapeutic use of oregano oil for ailments such as:

Way of use:

Adults

-General use: Oil of oregano is used in the amount of 1 to 3 drops that are poured into a small amount of water or juice. Mix the contents well, then swallow quickly without keeping it in the mouth. The preparation can be taken from 1 to 8 times a day

- Use for indigestion: The oil is drunk after a meal, diluted in a teaspoon of cooking oil or honey.

- 3 drops on a sugar cube can be used as a digestive, 2-3 times a day

-External application for rheumatoid pain: Dilute oregano oil with water in a ratio of 1:5 and rub on the painful area.

- Inhalation: add 1 drop of oregano oil to half a liter of boiling water and inhale carefully with closed eyes. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age and sensitive people suffering from asthma or allergies. It is desirable that the treatment lasts 10-14 days and 2-3 x 1 drop per day

- Skin changes: Dilute 30-50 drops of oregano oil in 100 ml of edible oil. Lubricate the changes on the skin twice a day
