Magnesium and vitamin D3 contribute to the normal functioning of the muscular system, and magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Indications:
It provides additional magnesium, vitamin B6 and vitamin D3 during periods of intense physical and mental effort, as well as in case of increased stress or fatigue.
Composition:
-Magnesium citrate 371mg (pure magnesium 60mg)
-Vitamin B6 0.22mg
-Vitamin D3 0.8mcg
This preparation contains magnesium in the form of Mg-citrate, where each molecule contains three magnesium ions, which results in a higher degree of absorption from the gastrointestinal tract, compared to other magnesium salts.
Way of use:
2 tablets per day.
