Terms of use for the web shop

Welcome to our web shop. By using our site and making a purchase, you accept the following terms of use:

  1. Product prices: All product prices on our website are expressed in dinars (RSD) and include VAT.
  2. Delivery expenses: Delivery costs are added to the total purchase price and amount to RSD 700. Free delivery is provided for orders whose value exceeds 10,000 dinars (RSD).
  3. Method of payment: Orders are sent only after the payment amount has been recorded in our account. Please make the payment to our account within 3 days from the day of the order. You will receive payment details at the end of the purchase process.
  4. Delivery: Packages are sent via the PostExpress courier service. Delivery time is 7 working days from the day of payment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and other factors that may affect delivery.
  5. Right of return and exchange: If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have the right to return or exchange it within 14 days from the day of delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return or exchange of the product.
  6. Reliability of information: We try to provide accurate product information on our site, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate and up-to-date. Before making a final purchase, we recommend that you carefully review all product information.
  7. Limitations of liability: We will not be liable for any damage or loss that may arise as a result of your use or inability to use our site or products.
  8. Changes to terms of use: We reserve the right to change or update these terms of use at any time without notice. Please check these terms regularly to be aware of any changes.

Complaints

RULES ON THE PROCEDURE AND METHOD OF RESOLVING COMPLAINTS THROUGH THE SITE
With this rulebook, the trader regulates the manner, conditions and procedure for resolving consumer complaints (complaints) due to the non-conformity of goods through the website www.apotekar-online.rs and the trader's authority, obligations and responsibilities regarding exercising the consumer's right to complain.
A consumer, in the sense of this rulebook, is any citizen who buys products for personal and family needs via the Internet on the website www.apotekar-online.rs.
The consumer has the right to complain about the purchased product within two years from the date of purchase.
The complaint request can only be submitted by mail to the following address: Apoteka Kalitea, Košut Lajoša 14a, Nova Crnja
When submitting a complaint request, the consumer is obliged to:
- deliver the advertised goods together with a fiscal invoice or other proof of purchase
- submit a completed complaint form (which we will send via e-mail)
- in the complaint sheet, state the reasons for the complaint and the desired way of solving it
- submit a signed correction order.
The merits of the complaint request are determined by the competent commission. The response to the reported complaint will be sent to the consumer within 8 days from the day of its receipt.
If the delivered goods do not conform to the contract, the consumer has the right to demand from the seller to eliminate the non-conformity, without compensation, by repair or replacement, or to demand a corresponding price reduction or to terminate the contract with respect to the goods.
Refunds to consumers who do not have an open current account will be made electronically by postal order within 7 days of canceling the purchase.
