Dietpharm B Complex Forte is a dietary supplement with high doses of all 8 vitamins of the B group. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B7 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental abilities. Vitamins B6, B9 and B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B7 contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin and hair.
Dosage and method of use:
Adults take 1 tablet a day, after a meal.
