Apply the cream 2 to 4 times a day, preferably before and after each bowel movement.
Wash your hands before and after applying the cream. Clean the affected area before applying the cream.
When using the applicator, remove the cap and the protective film on the tube and place the applicator instead of the cap. Squeeze the tube until the cream fills the applicator and comes out. Put the applicator in the anus (anal opening or vagina), slowly squeeze the tube so that the cream is evenly distributed on the painful area. Remove the applicator from the body and apply a small amount of cream around the anus with your finger. After use, immediately remove the applicator from the tube and close it with a cap. Thoroughly clean the applicator with water and close it with a special cap.
