Omega-3 + Vitamin E capsules are a dietary supplement with fish oil, which is an additional source of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E, intended for the heart. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Omega-3 fatty acids are the main components of the cell membrane and are important for the human body. The body cannot create them on its own, but must be ingested through food or nutritional supplements. Essential fatty acids are important for the heart, blood (eg prevention of thrombosis), protein synthesis, cell metabolism, prevention of inflammation, formation of endogenous defenses and protection against infectious diseases.
A beneficial effect is achieved with a minimum intake of 250.0 mg of EPA and DHA per day.
