Wash your hands with soap and water. Immediately before use, wash the place where you will apply the salve with a lukewarm chamomile solution (tea).
Since the balm is harder than the cream, we will explain how to use it to maximize the effects of the balm.
For external hemorrhoids
With a plastic spatula, scrape a little balm and apply it on the cheekbone of the finger. Now spread a thin layer of salve on the affected area of the skin with the cheek of your finger.
Do this at least twice a day, necessarily in the evening and after a heavy stool.
After each use, wash the plastic spatula with hot water to remove all grease, and soak in 70% alcohol in a closed container, so that the alcohol covers the surface of the spatula. Leave it until the next use. Before use, rinse the spatula with lukewarm water.
For internal hemorrhoids
Gently push the applicator (small syringe) into the salve at a 90-degree angle, simultaneously pulling the central plunger upwards. This will fill the applicator with salve (1.5 to 2 cm). Remove the applicator from the salve, insert it into the rectum 4-5 cm and slowly push the central piston. That way, all the salve will remain in the rectum. Pull out the applicator, wash it in hot water to remove all grease, and immerse in 70% alcohol in a closed container, so that the alcohol covers the surface of the applicator. Leave it like that until the next use. Before use, rinse with lukewarm water.
