Odoval S® is a herbal product based on lemon balm and valerian. It has a beneficial effect on alleviating anxiety and irritability, various complaints caused by chronic stress. It can also be used as a relaxation aid for insomnia and frequent awakenings during the night that are the result of psychological tension and anxiety, as it facilitates falling asleep and enables quality sleep.

- For mental tension and anxiety: 1 capsule 3 times a day.

- For insomnia: 1 capsule in the evening half an hour to an hour before going to bed.

- If necessary, one more capsule can be taken earlier in the evening.

- Do not take more than 4 capsules per day.

Composition:

1 capsule contains:

– Dry extract of valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) 4-5:1 – 130 mg

- Dry extract of lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis L.) 5:1 - 45 mg

Other ingredients: lactose, corn starch; gelatin; anti-caking agent: E 470b; colors: E110, E122, E131, E171.
